We currently offer three shipping methods:
Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Delivery occurs in 2 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
Arrives next business day if placed by NOON EST.
Priority shipment processing times:
Next-Day and Express orders are given top priority.
For priority shipments:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
All shipments are charged in real time according to current UPS rates.In order to determine your estimated shipping cost, click on UPS.com and scroll over the Shipping tab at the top of the page. SelectCalculate Time & Cost from the drop down menu. Enter 10019 as the zip code in the Ship From column, and input your own zip code in the Ship To column. Enter a weight of 1 lb. in the Total Shipment Weight field and click Next in order to determine approximate delivery time and cost.Please note that a handling charge of $5.00 will be added to every order.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. You will need to furnish an actual physical address in order for your shipment to proceed. If you would like to ship to an FPO or APO address, you should contact a customer service representative at the phone or email address listed at the bottom of this page.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipment has been sent.
At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website. Please download this INTERNATIONAL ORDER FORM and send it to email@example.com along with a copy of the front and back of your credit card and photo ID. Once we have your address we will give you an estimate on shipping charges. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes upon receipt.
miriamsalat.com offers a full refund on items sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in pristine condition (unworn), and must include original tags and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns of Miriam Salat jewelry purchased at a retail location. Jewelry purchased on miriamsalat.com cannot be returned to a retail location. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to make an exchange, simply purchase a new item and return the original purchase within the 14-day refund period. You will be credited for the original order and an email notification will apprise you of the refund. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process.
miriamsalat.com will not issue credit for items damaged through misuse or for incomplete returns such as single earrings or pendants without a necklace.

To have an item repaired, please fill out this REPAIR FORM and return it along with the item to the address listed below. Our repair specialists will review each request and make a determination as to whether a repair or replacement is warranted. This decision is completely at the discretion of our repair team. If your item was purchased at a third party retailer please bring the item to the place of purchase for repair.
