Customer Service
We currently offer three shipping methods:

Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.


Delivery occurs in 2 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.

Next Day

Arrives next business day if placed by NOON EST.

Priority shipment processing times:

Next-Day and Express orders are given top priority.

For priority shipments:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.

  • Charges
    All shipments are charged in real time according to current UPS rates.
    In order to determine your estimated shipping cost, click on and scroll over the Shipping tab at the top of the page.  SelectCalculate Time & Cost from the drop down menu.  Enter 10019 as the zip code in the Ship From column, and input your own zip code in the Ship To column.  Enter a weight of 1 lb. in the Total Shipment Weight field and click Next in order to determine approximate delivery time and cost.
    Please note that a handling charge of $5.00 will be added to every order.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.  You will need to furnish an actual physical address in order for your shipment to proceed.  If you would like to ship to an FPO or APO address, you should contact a customer service representative at the phone or email address listed at the bottom of this page.

Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipment has been sent.  
If you do not receive your package or UPS indicates that your shipment was already delivered (but you have not received it), contact our customer service department immediately at the phone or email address below.

At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website. Please download this INTERNATIONAL ORDER FORM and send it to along with a copy of the front and back of your credit card and photo ID.  Once we have your address we will give you an estimate on shipping charges.  You will be responsible for any duties or taxes upon receipt.

Returns offers a full refund on items sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in pristine condition (unworn), and must include original tags and packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We cannot accept returns of Miriam Salat jewelry purchased at a retail location.  Jewelry purchased on cannot be returned to a retail location. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to make an exchange, simply purchase a new item and return the original purchase within the 14-day refund period.  You will be credited for the original order and an email notification will apprise you of the refund.  Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process.
If you received a gift from and would like to exchange it, proof of purchase must be provided. 
Damaged or Incomplete Returns will not issue credit for items damaged through misuse or for incomplete returns such as single earrings or pendants without a necklace.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact a customer service representative immediately.  We will arrange to have the item shipped back to us at no charge to you.  We will send a replacement item as soon as we receive the original piece.

In the event that an item you have chosen becomes unavailable after you have confirmed your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible and offer you the choice of selecting an alternative item, or canceling your order.
If you are interested in an item that is not shown on the website, please contact us and we will do our best to provide an estimated date of availability. We regret that we cannot place items on hold unless payment is received in advance. Pieces from the Miriam Salat collection can become treasured items to be passed onto generations if cared for properly. Resin is a delicate material and should be treated like a real gemstone. 
Over time, prongs and clasps may loosen and can result in the loss of a stone from it's setting. We offer a 1 year warranty on the loss of a stone and will repair it free of charge, view our REPAIRS section. After a year there is a charge. 
Sterling silver is rhodium plated, so it should not tarnish, a silver polishing cloth will be sufficient. Sterling silver has a tendency to tarnish more rapidly when exposed to chlorine, bleach, salty air, and products containing sulfur. Some sterling silver dipping polishes contain harsh chemicals that will damage the resin in the Miriam Salat pieces.
Please note: do not use an abrasive cloth to clean the resin, a soft damp cloth can be used to maintain the dust and daily wear that may cling to the resin.
Hinges should be opened gently and not overextended as this may put stress on the resin and cause damage.
Between wearings we recommend that you store your Miriam Salat jewelry in its original case or pouch. When traveling it is recommended to put jewelry in a protected area where it cannot be crushed or scratched.

To have an item repaired, please fill out this REPAIR FORM and return it along with the item to the address listed below. Our repair specialists will review each request and make a determination as to whether a repair or replacement is warranted. This decision is completely at the discretion of our repair team. If your item was purchased at a third party retailer please bring the item to the place of purchase for repair.

If your item was purchased within a year, we will repair manufacturing defects such as a missing cubic zirconia at no charge. Please note, cracked resin due to misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired. 
If your item is more than one year old, a minimum fee of $15 will be charged to cover the cost of repair.  Please email us a brief description of your repair needs and we will provide you with an estimated cost.  Note that the estimate may be revised based on an actual examination of the piece.
