Tinsley Mortimer debuted her new novel during a fancy party tuesday night at Castle & Pierpont in New York City. “Southern Charm” tells the story of southern girl leaving her Charleston, SC hometown to become an “It Girl” in the Big Apple.  Tinsley stepped out in a frothy lavender and pink dress and a Miriam Salat pink Bubble ring and muted Love earrings.
