Delivery Times
We currently offer three shipping options:
-UPS Next Day Air (by 10:30am)
-UPS 2nd Day Air (by end of day)
-UPS Ground (varies by location)
Charges
All shipments are charged in real time according to current UPS rates.
In order to determine your estimated shipping cost, click on UPS.com and scroll over the Shipping tab at the top of the page. Select Calculate Time & Cost from the drop down menu. Enter 10019 as the zip code in the Ship From column, and input your own zip code in the Ship To column. Enter a weight of 1 lb. in the Total Shipment Weight field and click Next in order to determine approximate delivery time and cost.
Please note that a handling charge of $5.00 will be added to every order.
Delivery Restrictions
UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses. You will need to furnish an actual physical address in order for your shipment to proceed. If you would like to ship to an FPO or APO address, you should contact a customer service representative at the phone or email address listed at the bottom of this page.
Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS once your shipment has been sent. You may monitor your shipment by entering the tracking number at UPS.com or calling UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877.
If you do not receive your package or UPS indicates that your shipment was already delivered (but you have not received it), contact our customer service department immediately at the phone or email address below.
