Returns
miriamsalat.com offers a full refund on items sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in pristine condition (unworn), and must include original tags and packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We cannot accept returns of Miriam Salat jewelry purchased at a retail location.  Jewelry purchased on miriamsalat.com cannot be returned to a retail location.

Exchange
If you would like to make an exchange, simply purchase a new item and return the original purchase within the 14-day refund period.  You will be credited for the original order and an email notification will apprise you of the refund.  Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process.

Damaged or Incomplete Returns
miriamsalat.com will not issue credit for items damaged through misuse or for incomplete returns such as single earrings or pendants without a necklace.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact a customer service representative immediately.  We will arrange to have the item shipped back to us at no charge to you.  We will send a replacement item as soon as we receive the original piece.
