To have an item repaired, please fill out this REPAIR FORM and return it along with the item to the address listed below. Our repair specialists will review each request and make a determination as to whether a repair or replacement is warranted. This decision is completely at the discretion of our repair team.

If your item is more than one year old, a fee will be charged to cover the cost of repair.  Please email us a brief description of your repair needs and we will provide you with an estimated cost.  Note that the estimate may be revised based on an actual examination of the piece.
