Anna Karenina, Leo Tolstoy’s infamous Russian aristocrat was the inspiration for the scenery and holiday decorations at the Miriam Salat store in the Time Warner Center. Launching the Pewter & Butterscotch collection, each piece of jewelry is draped, hung and sprawled out with beautiful accents enclosing them. Champagne crystals are glistening from floor to ceiling, vintage styled mirrors, silver spiraled stands, and chandelier stickers make the store appear as if you walked onto the 19th century inspired movie set. Chandelier decals dangle on the windows with snow caps and golden pine-cones emphasizing the cold winter season of Russia. Go by the store and take a look, you will be mesmerized!
The Miriam Salat Shop took on a regal look for Fall, inspired by the rich colors of peacock feathers. The iridescent green and blue hues lent themselves to our Emerald and Navy collection with ease. We scattered the store with bright and beautiful feathers and even had some custom made peacock decals for the windows made. Ornate fringe covers the ceiling and our Fall campaign images come to life in our large windows! Stop by and see for yourself! Nothing beats the 90 degree heat like bright colors! To bring some mid-Summer cheer, we gave Miriam Salat in The Shops at Columbus Circle a Colorblocking makeover. Paper lanterns in shades of pink, orange, and blue hang from the ceiling transforming the space, while mirrored dots add a whole new dimension to the windows. We love the new artwork on display in the lobby too, a hyper-color flower sculpture by a Brazilian neo pop artist Romero Britto!
We launched our Chalcedony and Apricot Collection Tuesday evening with a fabulous party in The Shops at Columbus Circle benefiting Water For People. This great occasion to shop for Mother’s day gathered customers, fans and friends who were inspired by Miriam’s personal advice to get the perfect gift! The shop was decorated in a floral theme with ditsy print fabric draping the ceiling and tissue paper rosettes lining the shelves. Water facts are displayed on the windows, while videos stream on both ends of the store. Inside, we highlighted all of the 11 countries where Water For People is currently doing work!
We enjoyed sweet truffles by Vosges Haut Chocolate and beverages from Fever Tree and Dry Soda Co.
15% of sales through May 13th will be donated to Water For People.

The Shops at Columbus Circle debuted a stunning Spring 2012 Ad Campaign this month. The photo first caught our eye as we zoomed by the Time Warner Center in a cab! The larger than life model is wearing a Miriam Salat clear Nugget Pendant necklace and a black Starstudded ring. Find your spring obsession–both pieces are available in store and online!

We launched our Starry Nights Collection just after Valentine’s Day with a fabulous party at our boutique in The Shops at Columbus Circle. The shop was decked out in gold and silver stars, luxurious fabric from Scalamandre in NYC and navy blue starlet window decals to set the stage for our sparkling new collection.
Tons of our friends, family and fans turned out to sip champagne, sparkling water from Saratoga Springs, and munch on delicious cupcakes from Baked by Melissa!
Starry Nights was inspired by the magical experience of gazing into the sky on a clear night. The palette of midnight navy blue, transparent golden, and clear brings a retro modern feel to this beautiful motif. Starry Nights implements a new technique in which the stones are set into the resin itself creating a sparkle, reminiscent of stars ablaze with their own luminescence. Starry Nights also includes the introduction of clip earrings to the Miriam Salat collection.
